A Recipe: Apple Raspberry Baked Oatmeal

Are you ready for your mouth to water? Trust me, you are not going to want to skip over this post! Our social media specialist created a baked oatmeal that might just melt you. Plus, the benefits of oatmeal are amazing!

Apple Raspberry Baked Oatmeal

| Ingredients |

1 1/2 C. Rolled Oats
1 C. Almond Milk
1/2 C. Raspberries
1/2 C. Apples
1/4 C. Chopped Pecans
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Honey

| Directions |

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bow, pour about 1 1/2 cup of oats. Pour almond milk over the oats until the oats are moist, but not watery.
3. Add raspberries, chopped apples, and pecans to the rolled oats and almond milk. Add cinnamon and nutmeg to your liking. Mix together.
4. Spray a bread pan or pie pan and then add mixture to the pan.
5. Drizzle honey on top of the mixture in the pan.
6. Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 35-40 minutes.
